DEFTNESS is a session bout moving with grace and precision. We’ll explore our own definitions of grace and types of activities where we feel graceful and fluent and those other times where we feel clunky or accident-prone. We’ll tune in to how we can clear the cobwebs of inattentiveness and habit and bring deeper sensory awareness to our movements and surroundings. Part of the physical portion of the class will be noticing where and why we hold tension in the hands and feet and how that affects the lightness or heaviness of our impact.  
