Movement
MOVEMENT is the first installment of our series. This is where we learn how to “move” rather than how to pose. Our focus will be on releasing habitual tension and reducing stress...not just for an hour of the day, but by evolving the way in which we are moving throughout our life and recognizing where we are taking on stress. We will go over how props and modifications can give us additional support as we move towards our most authentic and natural personal expression.
During this session, we will also work together to create an individualized sequence based on what feels good to you! The sequence will be short and realistic so that it becomes an easy and fun part of your day. Because this is based on what feels good to YOU, your sequence is something that will easily grow with you as you deepen your practice and want to explore even more.
