CORE SUPPORT is fundamental in natural movement. When we move from the center and find balance along our vertical axis, we move more easily and have healthier posture. When we mobilize the strength of the core, we lessen the likelihood of injury and the imbalances that contribute to injury. This class will focus on how the breath and body connect and bring awareness to core engagement, toning, and strengthening. We will also have a basic anatomy overview comparing mechanical (physical structure) and energetic (chakras) models of the core.
